To market your property we will:
- Do a complete market evaluation to determine the appropriate listing price;
- Obtain from you, the vendor, as much information as possible to allow us to promptly answer questions from prospective buyers;
- List your home on the MLS listing service to get every real estate agent in the area working for you;
- Have a professional real estate sign placed on your property to attract attention from drive by traffic;
- Advertise your property in print and/or on TV until sold;
- Your home will be continuously advertised on the World Wide Web on our website, www.karwoodrealty.com, www.mls.ca and www.homesplus.ca ;
- Hold a public and/or agents' open house as deemed necessary or desirable;
- Facilitate appointments for viewing of your home by prospective purchasers;
- Upon receipt of an offer we will meet with you in the comfort of your home, or in our office, at your convenience, to discuss the pros and cons of the offer and suggest how best to proceed;
- Deligently work with all parties to negotiate a fair deal;
- Make recommendations regarding mortgage lenders, lawyers and other professionals if requested;
- Ensure that all documents are sent to the appropriate individuals or agencies in a timely manner and ensure that all the conditions in the contract are dealt with efficiently;
- Communicate with all parties to ensure a smooth closing.
